STEPS Programme

The Steps programme enables and supports Namibians who want to start their own business. The application of modern learning-by-doing methodologies as well as individual mentoring throughout the programme makes it innovative and unique on the Namibian market.
The programme consists of six individual modules. Throughout the course, methods such as group challenges or production- / service delivery exercises will be applied. By sharing their ideas and experiences the participants elaborate best practices together with the facilitators. After each module participants have the possibility to transfer their learning outcomes immediately into practice.
